Is work instrumental or terminal? Are workaholics escapists? Are seniors justified in giving the poor project trainee an acknowledgement instead of co-authorship? Will Bangalore reach inflexion? Is the lifestyle anchor a compromise for political correctness in slave organisations?
What I want to learn.... work place politics.. such an art.. unfortunately presently resides with the value-less.. probably a wrong term.. it would be less only if it were present at one point in time! What are they happy about? Anything intrinsic or just the fact that they are facinated that water seems to flow always in one direction in gutters? Behaviour modified to elicit results.. Who is happy? One who thinks and trusts life is all about internality? or is he just chance lucky?
Experience is a false curtain for the incompetent to appear aspirational.. tilt the goblet and worthless emptyness surges forth.. they use another weapon - harrass juniors!
Have found one thing out.. friends are who call you and then decide what to talk about.. it's all about reaching out in the emptyness of radiowave filled space.. saying, am there for you.
